Ingredients

•Tuna (canned in water), drained — 480 g
•Chickpea pasta (dry) — 200 g (cook + cool)
•Cherry tomatoes, halved — 300 g
•Baby spinach — 80 g
•Mozzarella pearls — 120 g
•Balsamic glaze — 30 g

Dressing:
•Olive oil — 15 g
•Balsamic vinegar — 20 g
•Italian seasoning + salt/pepper — to taste

Step 1: Cook pasta, rinse under cool water.

Step 2: Toss tuna + pasta + tomatoes + spinach.

Step 3: Mix dressing, toss, then portion.
