    • Progress tracking for weights, measurements, photos, and personal bests — all in one place.
    • In-app messaging so you can chat directly with me for questions, accountability, and feedback.
    • Nutrition tools like your personalized macros, meal tracking, and habit goals (if you’re doing nutrition coaching).
    • Weekly check-ins and updates to your plan based on your progress.
    • A daily task list that keeps you organized, motivated, and consistent.

    Eyeballing portions or “eating healthy” doesn’t guarantee you’re in the right calorie range. Even small inaccuracies can completely stall fat loss or muscle gain. Tracking allows us to understand what your body actually needs and make precise, science-based adjustments over time.

  • Not at all. Workouts can be designed for the gym or at home, depending on what equipment you have. We’ll make it work with what you’ve got.
