Fuel Her Hustle, LLC — Refund, Cancellation & Liability Policy

By purchasing a subscription, digital product, or service from Fuel Her Hustle, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital and service-based nature of our offerings, all sales are final. Upon purchase, immediate access and/or value are delivered; therefore, no refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of preference, dissatisfaction, or lack of expected results;
  • Failure to participate in or utilize program materials or services;
  • Forgetfulness or oversight in managing subscription renewals;
  • Scheduling conflicts, time limitations, or inability to access content.

The Client acknowledges that purchasing any program, membership, or subscription constitutes a full and final commitment to these terms.

2. Subscription Terms

All subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually, as applicable) until canceled by the Client.

  • Cancellations must be submitted prior to the next billing date to avoid renewal charges.
  • Upon cancellation, access to materials remains active through the end of the current billing period.
  • No retroactive refunds or credits will be issued for unused time, unaccessed materials, or late cancellations.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for managing their accounts and engaging with the purchased content. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Reviewing all product and service details prior to purchase;
  • Actively participating in the program or using the resources during the subscription term;
  • Monitoring billing cycles and managing subscription preferences via their account.

Fuel Her Hustle, LLC is not liable for a Client’s lack of participation, inability to access materials, or failure to cancel in a timely manner.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to this policy constitutes a breach of contract. The Company will provide proof of product delivery, service access, and Client acknowledgment of these terms to contest any dispute.

Fraudulent or repeated chargebacks may result in permanent termination of services and may be pursued through legal action.

5. Health & Liability Disclaimer

Fuel Her Hustle, LLC and its representatives are not medical professionals, and the information provided through our programs, coaching, content, and services is for educational and informational purposes only.

By participating in any program, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All fitness, nutrition, or wellness recommendations are general guidance and not individualized medical advice;
  • You should consult with your physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any fitness, nutrition, or lifestyle program;
  • You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages—known or unknown—that may arise from participation in any program, workout, or application of nutritional recommendations provided by Fuel Her Hustle, LLC;
  • The Company shall not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, medical condition, or damages resulting from your participation, implementation, or reliance upon any information provided.

Participation in any Fuel Her Hustle program signifies your informed consent to these terms and your release of the Company from any and all liability arising from your use of its services.

6. Client Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase or checking the acknowledgment box at checkout, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to this Refund, Cancellation & Liability Policy. The Client further acknowledges that:

  • All sales are final and non-refundable;
  • No retroactive refunds will be provided under any circumstance;
  • The Company is not responsible for any health outcomes or injuries arising from participation; and
  • Disputes or chargebacks in contradiction to these terms may result in legal action.
