  • I appreciate you more than you know. When I started in January, I HATED my body- life, falling into the role of a single mom who didn’t make time for herself for years or prioritized her health, and stress all took a large toll on me (physically and mentally). I had little confidence or faith in myself to do this.  You have been a constant cheerleader, lifting me when I was down. Pushing me to be better and stronger physically which changed me mentally. I grew into a woman who sees herself differently. A woman who wants her daughter to see how important self care and determination are. And one that can get out there and play, run, jump and enjoy life with a very fast and active 4 year old. Thank you for your devotion and encouragement!

  • At 4 months postpartum I was ready to start feeling more like myself and more confident in my skin (and clothes!), but I was nervous to start working out because I wanted to be smart about rehabbing my pelvic floor & getting back into exercise, and I was worried that losing weight might negatively affect my milk supply.
