Ingredients
Step 1: Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment (or lightly grease).
Step 2: In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter. Add mini marshmallows and stir constantly until fully melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
Step 3: Immediately add cereal and gently fold until evenly coated.
Step 4: Let cool 30–60 seconds, then fold in 1–2 Tbsp chocolate chips (so they don’t fully melt).
Step 5: Press mixture into the pan in an even layer. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top and gently press them in.
Step 6: Let cool at room temp 30–60 minutes, then cut into 6 bars.
