Garlic Parm Chicken Pita Bowls - a dinner in less than 10 mins!

Ingredients

•Chicken breast (thin-sliced or bite-size) — 680 g
•Microwave rice, cooked — 480 g (about 3 cups cooked)
•Steam-in-bag Mediterranean veggies (or broccoli/green beans) — 500 g
•Olive oil — 10 g (or cooking spray)
•Garlic, minced — 10 g (or 2 tsp garlic powder)
•Parmesan, grated — 30 g
•Tzatziki — 160 g (store-bought)
•Lemon juice — 20 g
•Oregano + salt/pepper — to taste

Step 1: Warm rice (microwave) and heat steam-in-bag veggies while chicken cooks.

Step 2: Sauté chicken in a hot nonstick pan 7–9 min until cooked through.

Step 3: Toss with garlic + parmesan. Build bowls and top with tzatziki.
